In Memory of Mark S. Edwards
We honor the life and professional legacy of Attorney and firm Equity Partner Mark S. Edwards, whose dedication to clients and colleagues helped shape our firm. We remain committed to carrying forward those values.
Mark S. Edwards brought over 30 years of experience as a trial and appellate attorney to Remer, Georges-Pierre & Hoogerwoerd, PLLC, where he joined the firm as an Equity Partner to assist clients in their labor, employment, and workers' compensation cases. He focused his practice in workers' compensation and was certified by judges of compensation claims as an expert in the field. His presence at the firm elevated the team's handling of workers' compensation matters across state and federal courts.
Mark graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in psychology and earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was recognized for outstanding service, inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel, and awarded the Silver Key by the ABA/LSD.
We are honored to have had the privilege of working alongside Mark. His commitment to fighting for those wronged by their employers, his expertise, and his integrity are values we carry forward in his memory.
