Bio
Samuel Gonzalez is a bilingual Associate Attorney at Remer, Georges-Pierre, & Hoogerwoerd, PLLC, with experience in labor and employment matters. He works closely with clients through every stage of the litigation process, providing practical guidance, clear communication, and a client-centered approach tailored to the unique demands of each case.
Prior to joining RGPH, Samuel developed a multidisciplinary background across the legal and professional sports industries. He combines the hands-on experience of employment and civil litigation in law firm settings with a former career in the dynamic and analytical professional baseball world. He has worked for Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner, the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers, and a player representation agency – the Beverly Hills Sports Council – where he gained experience involving rules and regulations, talent evaluation, operational support, and data analysis. Through these roles, he worked closely with club executives, attorneys, analysts, scouts, and front-office personnel throughout professional baseball, and assisted across high-stakes, multi-million-dollar salary arbitration proceedings.
Samuel’s diverse professional experiences have shaped his practical and relationship-driven approach to advocacy and care our clients. He understands that clients are often navigating unfamiliar and stressful circumstances and takes pride in helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. His experience working in high-pressure professional environments has also strengthened his ability to analyze complex issues, communicate effectively, and remain detail-oriented in demanding situations.
